Interview
Aufgrund von COVID waren die Gespräche alle virtuell.
Gespräche waren in 2 Runden aufgeteilt, in der ersten Runde mit Projektleitern und Managern, in der zweiten Runde mit Partnern.
Gespräche in der ersten Runde wie erwartet sehr case-fokussiert mit kleinem personal fit teil (der auch relativ standardisiert ist). Fokus war hier meinem Gefühl nach der Case. Nach dem bestehen der ersten Runde bekommt man ausführlich feedback und noch eine art "coaching call" vor dem zweiten Gespräch. Hier wird einem das Gefühl gegeben das man es schon relativ weit geschafft hat.
In der zweiten Runde gab es nochmal cases die aber etwas lockerer waren und hier eher der Fokus auf das persönliche und das gemeinsame erarbeiten einer Lösung lag.
Insgesamt ein sehr positiver Prozess.

Very long process. I heard that they relied heavily on seeing if we were able to use our feedback to improve throughout the rounds however because one of my interviews was running late I was not able to get any feedback to improve.
It was fine. The partner round interviews were less structured and much more difficult. Majority of my interviewers were really nice which made the process better than what I had anticipated.
2 rounds of interviews, each round consisting of 3 interviews with cases. In the first round 2 case interviews and 1 with HR. In the 2nd round you have 3 interviews with more senior profiles like managers and partners.
