Klassischer Prozess. Kurze Unternehmensvorstellung, danach 3 Interviews, bei erfolgreicher Teilnahme Einladung für 2 Partnerinterviews. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und die Berater interessiert an dem Bewerber. Nach kurzem Smalltalk 10 min Fragen zum Lebenslauf, danach wurde jeweils eine Case Study gestellt.

It is very competitive in the interview process even after passing the tests there will be further tests and challenges to overcome. If your preparation isn’t even 10 steps ahead don’t bother applying because it is very difficult to pass even though you may think you are doing well.
