I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
I was introduced to the company through a friend. The entire process was very professional and very communicative. You can tell that they care about the company culture and a work hard, play hard mindset. I would have taken the job if it had been closer to home.

Speaking to your previous change management experience was very important.
First - a Fit interview with Partner, which supposed to be followed by Case Study Inetrview, but I unexpectedly faced a standard Gorilla test, the results of which HR refuse to share

Question 1
Are you ready to subordinate to a manager that is younger than you?
Good interview process. Response was quick and was able to hear back on the outcome in a couple of days after the interview. 3 stags overall including the initial HR screening followed by a case study.
Case interviews in both Japanese and English. Case interviews were more like Fermi estimations for market size/customer size rather than formal business-structured case interviews. Brief introductions at the beginning, but generally not too focused on socialization.
