Case interviews with consultants. One hour before, you get the cv of the interviewer, the interviewer doesn't know anything about you. In the beginning it's a short introduction, then case interview and at the end you can ask questions.

2 case interviews about M&A (solar panel industry and temporary workers agency).
2 rounds of interviews primarily focused on case, with some behavioral questions second round. Each interview consists of two interviewers who will interview separately with different cases. Interviews last 30-45 minutes.

It was a straightforward process with two 30-minute interviews. It started with introductions and then the cases; you can have some time at the end for questions. The interviewers are helpful so you can ask clarifying questions.
