Bain & Company CSS - HR interview questions

The first round interview took 3,5h (no breaks in between). This round consisted of a self presentation to two HR-employees who asked lots of very detailed questions about personality and understanding of the vacant position. Further I was asked to prepare a practical task on-site in quite a tight timeframe. The results were presented to another two HR-employees, who again asked questions about personality and job understanding. In total everyone tried very hard to make this a comfortable conversation but the impression of just being applicant no. x remained. Also it was not clear from the beginning how many rounds the process will consist of.
