Interview
I applied through an on campus posting at my university's career center. I was notified about a phone interview about a month later. After the phone screen I had to submit a writing sample and take an online analytical test. Two weeks after the phone screen I was invited to an interview day at Baird's headquarters. There were 6 back to back interview and an analytical test. The analytical test was medium difficulty. The interviewers were all a half hour and were rather easy. They are very big on fit.
