Baird Research Analyst interview questions

To start the HR department contacted me very quickly to set up a 30 minute phone interview. The interview consisted mostly of basic interview questions and a glance over my resume. When the interview ended the woman on the phone told me about the process ahead and said she would contact me in the near future if I was considered. I'm currently in that in between period.
