Interview
Online application then a video interview with about 10 questions - 30 seconds to think of response and 3 minutes to answer each. I applied in February but didn't get invited to the video interview until May. I then got invited to the final selection event in August so it's a long process.
The final selection event involved an assessment centre-type interview lasting a whole day from 6AM. The day involved an initial team activity building a rig from straw, paper etc. There were then 4 technical tests and 2 written tests, including a Mayan number test. Lastly, there was a debate where we were given a scenario and had to chose our preferred response. The assessors told each of us invidually if we were successful or not.

You will be informed to attend in a digital interview, powered by HireVue. It only took around 15 minutes or so. No real person in actual time involved, only pre-recorded video with a person in it.
It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.
