I got 2 rounds, one with HR, one with my wanna be team leader. the worst part was collecting all the docs for the HR. it took me many days. on the other hand the benefit offered are quite good

Phone interview first and followed by a physical one. Physical one went the typical way - introduction of yourself and standard questions on experiences, skills, scenario based/situational questions and expectations/career plans with HR and hiring manager.
