The interviewer made it clear what he expects from the candidate. He aalso explained the purpose of the position.
Phone interview first and followed by a physical one. Physical one went the typical way - introduction of yourself and standard questions on experiences, skills, scenario based/situational questions and expectations/career plans with HR and hiring manager.
