Baker Hughes interview questions

It was a video interview of 10 pre-recorded questions in which you had 3 minutes to answer each question and 30 seconds to think about your answer before answering each question

Interview process took over three months from the time I submitted the application to the time I received an offer. Very little communication during these months. Once I had the phone interview I didn't hear from anybody for over a month, even tried calling the interviewer back to get an update, and only got voicemail 5 times. Never called me back until three months later.
