I was invited for an interview following a successful online application. It was very straight forward. Questions about the firm, competency questions (e.g. challenges, teamwork, leadership, dealing with conflict etc) but mainly me asking questions about the role, the firm, the firm's future direction, career progression etc. All in all, a two-way interview. Good experience. Very friendly and approachable staff.

Application involving motivational essay question as to why you would want to work at Baker McKenzie. Followed by an in-person interview including competency, situational and basic commercial awareness questions. There was also a 10 min presentation on a given topic.
