What a waste of time. You would think Baker and McKenzie being a global firm they would be more proffessional. Got the interview through a recruitment agency. The first interview was with the HR which went ok and I was then invited to the second interview. Again, I got through and was invited to the third interview with one of the assossiates in the dispute resolution team,who looked as though he had been forced to come to work that day. He didn't prepare any interview questions at all and was asking me a bunch of irrelevant questions. Anyway I got a text message from the recruitment agency a few hrs after the interview informing me that I had got the job and that they were deciding whether to place me on day shift or afternoon shift. Strangely enough, I got another text message the following morning stating I was unsuccessful and was given no feedback. I contacted Baker and Mckenzie regarding feedback and was told someone will call me back but I never get the call back.
