Virtual recruiter screen ( < 30 minutes). The initial interview consisted of simple conversational and light behavioral questions. No technical questions or anything difficult. Was told I would hear about next steps in a week, but process was delayed. Rejection email received weeks later.

First round is Phone in and ask some basic question then Face to Face interview and more question about audit and accounting knowledge and previous experience if have. Then receive the offer

Initial recruiter screen & call with the hiring manager were great (particularly the latter). She was very engaging, asked great questions & was open & direct. Then I had to submit samples of my work & a week later had a call with the director. Our WiFi connection was spotty, but I wasn’t aware until the end of the call when I mentioned it & she told me the video had stalled from the start. The overall process spanned over 3 months, and after my last call I never heard from them again. Given the difficulty of the job market and the time commitment, the lack of follow up was unprofessional & disappointing.
