Interviews were small panels (1-4 peers for the role) or one-on-one with executives. Sessions were scheduled for 50 minutes and always stuck to the scheduled times. Interviewers introduced themselves, asked the candidate for a short intro then proceeded to ask questions in a "round robin" style, saving the last 15 minutes or so of the interview for the candidate to ask questions.

Very professional and well organized. I was given a full breakdown of Ball's work and organization, and was given ample time to ask questions and probe details about the company. The company also offered to bring me back for a follow on discussion, which I accepted.
