I applied via an employee referral link. After an initial call with an HR person, I was given a technical challenge via email to complete and bring to an on-site interview about a month later. There, I interviewed with four different pairs of employee from different parts of the company as well as the direct manager for the position. Each asked about my career up to that point then got into the finer points of what their division would be requesting from my role and how I would respond. Then, the direct manager went through an overview of the role and its place on the team and in the organization, asking clarifying questions about the hierarchy and how I might organize things, or fit in my experience into the operation. Finally, two members of the same team as the position interviewed for asked for me to present the technical challenge that I was given.
