Interviewed by two male technical employees - one nice and professional, the other immediately commented on my appearance and later used "sexy" to refer to new technology. I'm a woman, and had cut my hair since setting a LinkedIn profile picture, which is apparently something he felt the need to comment on. Interview itself was mostly a discussion about how to handle different sorts of problems, how I would approach accomplishing tasks A, B, C. I wouldn't necessarily say the interview was hard, I just didn't have the set of specific skills they were looking for, so I struggled with some of the questions.
