From start to offer, took multiple months. A lot of interaction with the recruiter to schedule and reschedule interviews. One large panel interview lasted 3 hours and I got to tour the Broomfield campus. Mktng team felt middle management heavy, the head of the dept. was great, very straightforward, and organized. Some other middle managers seemed...like they had been there too long. Another was phone interview with DC employee. He really cool and asked great questions. Felt very lowballed by the offer, and I am sure it would have been far higher if I were not a young woman.
