A series of 4 phone interviews and Microsoft teams meetings with a variety of staff members from managers to fellow graduates, asking some mathematical knowledge and your interest in the business.

Over all it's not bad. Hr gave very fast responses. 4 rounds of interview. They asked many math questions that relavant with casino games and some basic bq questions. Better to know some basic casino games and review your probablity before interview

3-4 stage interview, consisting of a phone call, video call and maths test.
The company ghosts you though if you don't make it to the next round which I find really inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I thought it was a good interview process. It was very quick between each interview. The interview process had a lot of math questions, so I recommend practising your maths beforehand.
