Meeting with primary recruiter (very professional & great follow-up) moved forward to second phase however the interview was with a subordinate and not a Sr team member who was viewed the role as requiring extensive retail focus and not able to see the value of my broad product management leadership experience.

Very retail focused questions not product management and strategy. Questions missed the mark for the role advertised..to be fair I believe it was due to the inexperience of the individual doing the second phase interview.
