I was reached out to by the hiring manager for a targeted hire. They were communicative, clear, and the interview was encouraging, but was not offered the role and the req was reposted. No feedback was provided, and was stonewalled by the otherwise communicative hiring manager and TA. Apparently that is standard operating procedure at Bandwidth. It was a very discouraging end to an otherwise good process.
