Phone screen , then an on-site Interview was my process. I had a call with a recruiter ( Dylan) and it went well. Set up a visit onsite that following week. Arrived on site and was great by a loud but voicey reception that was nice but very loud. Then I was lead to a small room to wait on the interviewers. The first guy comes in he’s walks in and introduces himself but I could tell from his body language he was all over the place had no specific questions or pace for the interview which to me was a Red Flag.
