Fantastic, very relaxed setting. I was interviewed by two different employees, each interview was about 30 minutes each. Personal, behavioral, and technical questions. Guys seemed really down to Earth and personable, and the company environment seemed very cool.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Bandwidth (Denver, CO) in Dec 2021
Interview
The first couple of weeks went smoothly, had a phone screen, then I had to do google doc coding. The recruiter was good at keeping up with me. Second round they told me it was less technical and more question based but a day before my 2nd round they decided they wanted me to a code again. Was a little surprised but I did it anyway. Passed both coding rounds. Repeatedly asked for feedback, they reassured me I did very well. They kept delaying my update and strung me along for a long time. Until finally they told me I didn't get the job even after all the positive feedback and passing both coding interviews. Was a little shocked but I asked for feedback to see what went wrong. And they never reached back after that. More upset that they kept telling me I was the primary candidate and didn't receive an offer without any feedback. The development team were very nice people and easy to code with though.
