The Hr recruiter is transparent about the process and what will take place. There are 3 consecutive interviews with management of the team, after your phone screen. I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bandwidth (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
A company recruiter contacted me to set up a 30 minute phone interview and forwarded my details to the hiring team. I was then scheduled for an on-site interview a week later. I was interviewed by each person for around 30 minutes. The interviewers were the Network Operations Director, two NOC Managers, the HR Manager, and a VOIP Engineer. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like a great fit for the team. Having an opportunity to meet everyone at Bandwidth confirmed all of the good things I have heard about them. Unfortunately, I was surprised to find out that I would not be receiving a job offer.
