I was contacted after completing an online application. I was then interviewed by an HR representative. This interview covered the position, the benefits, and finished with a behavioral section where I was asked 2 questions. It took about 45 minutes. I was then contacted by the regional Medical Director and rather informally interviewed. This took about 20 minutes. A site visit was then set up where I went to the clinic I had applied to. I spoke with the head veterinarian and the office manager at this location, and stayed 3-4 hours for observation. The travel expenses for this visit were not compensated.
