I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Jacksonville, FL) in Aug 2012
Interview
I was hired from within as I worked for Merrill Lynch at the time, and ML was acquired by BOA. After applying I had to take a personality assessment. Then once I passed that, I had a face to face interview with the Unit Manager, and it was behavioral based. Luckily, I didn't have to do a phone interview since I was already working at ML.

Had a 1:1 interview with the admin manager. Nothing too difficult, just your typical interview questions. Lasted about a half hour. Afterwards, I was asked to take the SIA test, which basically tests your math and financial accounting skills. It is supposedly indicadive of your ability to pass the 7 and 66. Anything over 50% was passing.
