Fairly Easy in person, 2 phone interviews before face to face, and a lot of online questions, extensive background questions, and math problems. I had to do two separate face to face interviews before I was presented with a job offer

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Austin, TX) in Feb 2009
Interview
I was applying to transfer within the company. It took nearly two months. The recruiter was wonderful. She was in my corner and did everything she could to help me even though there was a hiring freeze at the time. Finally I did phone interviews with several managers that lasted a little over an hour each, and fortunately one of them brought me on board.
