Interview went well. Interviewed for Negotiator III position. Received offer for Negotiator II. Tried to negotiate for additonal money but company did not budge. Was laid off from company 90 days prior. Company did not consider my prior salary history. Hence, a significant drop in pay. Company was called Countrywide before Bank of America took over. Bonus structure was promised by hiring manager. Still waiting on outcome of bonus. Although company reflects inconsistency throuhout hierarcy. Some loan servicing departments get bonus while other don't.
