I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Northridge, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
I have not applied for any position in this company, but received a call for interview directly from Bankers. During the interview, a district manager gave a long presentation (about 2 hours) to more than ten candidates about the company, positions and benefit. Most of what they want were agents, and salary is commission only. After that we did personality tests, and finally talked to the manager one by one (no longer than 5 minutes).

base questions: do u have a car? bachelors degree in? any sales experience?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bankers Life in Aug 2025
Interview
Two rounds and the first one is more of a bref, then if you got called back you got to do one on one interview, a little forward and kinda scary with the way they interview
The interview process was very friendly. I was asked basic questions about myself and was given the opportunity to say why I would be a good fit for the company. I was then escalated to a second interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bankers Life in May 2023
Interview
Two interviews, the first is a pitch of why you should work for them, plugging their benefits and anecdotes of successful employees, the second is a 1 on 1 with some pretty straightforward questions "how motivated/driven are you, how well do you learn" just hype yourself up and you get the job.
