Interview
The first interview was a group interview. At this point, everyone lined up and were asked when they are free for another interview. All and all there were about 3 or 4 interviews before I was hired by this company. They were organized throughout this process which made it smoother.

They asked several questions on motivation and drive. It was over a year ago so I do not remember the specific questions asked
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
