Interview
The first step is a group interview. There were a lot of people in attendance, I would say over 20. They throw a lot of numbers at you. You will make this much money and you can make this much so on and so on.
The interview was amazing and sold me on the spot..I really hope I get the second interview. Seems like a lovely work environment. They all seem to understand we are human. Also you don't need experience and they will pay for your insurance lisencing.

Interview
The interview process started by someone hosting a Zoom call. Next step was a face to face interview. At the in person interview they asked for a resume hard copy and asked a few questions. They introduced me to everyone and told me how the company is ran. The conversation that was held was amazing, very welcoming as well.
It was really inviting! The company made me feel really welcome and like they were excited to get to know me better. I felt really good about the whole process from start to finish!
