Interview
This is a very simple interview based on determining your level of work ethic, drive to succeed, and general ability to turn this into a career. Don’t stress about this interview but focus on determining the expectations of you and what a day in the life of a successful agent looks like.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
