Was originally shortlisted to the hiring manager as my skill set meet the requirements of the job, so this was not too surprising, but was then told I wouldn't progress any further as I was not a good match for the team. For a company that promotes diversity, this is a contradictory comment. How can you tell if somebody is not a good match for the team if you have not met them but they meet the skill requirements for the job.
