The interviewer was not very friendly, and was very tough to read. She asked simple questions related to the company, what I knew about the position, etc. It wasn't too complicated but it seemed as if she did not want to be there.

Easy, just interviewed with my boss, and took home a case study and e-mailed some answers back. Heard back and offered the job within a week. Start date ended up being about 3 weeks after my interview and drug testing was done almost immediately following my job offer.
