Interview
I applied online through Banner's website. I received a call a few days later to set up a phone interview. That day came, and the phone interview went well; it was a pleasant back-and-forth about the role, pay, and benefits available. Towards the end, I was asked standard behavior-based questions. I answered them truthfully with a 90-second answer. I was then asked if we could set up a 2nd interview with the project manager. I agreed, and had that interview the next day. That interview went great as well! I was informed about the position's tasks and responsibilities. Overall, the whole process was pleasant and headache-free.
