Interview
After a short phone interview, I interviewed with a staffing specialist where we discussed my goals and reviewed openings that I was qualified for. Interview questions were mostly behavioral based. Describe a situations where... There was only one non behavioral questions. Having a one on one interview instead of a panel interview made me feel much more comfortable.

Round table interview with scenario questions. Nothing too intense, but they liked a lot of detail. Engaged multiple levels of staff in process. Not much more to say but this esquires 30 words do I’ll keep tying.
It was very nerve wrecking. It was very good. They were asking general behavioral questions. I really enjoyed interviewing with them. Banner is a large hospital that takes forever to get their applications accepted and interviewed for.
