Online application, phone interview, in person interview with department manager. I was asked a few questions and then received a call a few days later. From there you have to get an occupational health physical that is paid for by the company. Along with going to HR downtown to take your photo and sign some paperwork. Before you can begin work you have to go the orientation downtown and then at the hospital location you were hired at.
