Applied on-line within a day I was contacted for a phone interview with the HR recruiter. I then advanced on to a 2nd interview with the hiring manager and director. Basic interview questions and was then advanced to the PI (principle investigator) interview. Again basic questions about my experience and the trials they are conducting. I then had a panel interview with the entire staff which wasn't conveyed to me but it was great to meet the team. All in all the interview process was good but took 3 weeks to complete. After waiting for 3 weeks after my last interview I received feedback that they would have loved to hire me but that I lacked the experience they were searching for and that perhaps in the future there would be more opportunity. I was disappointed since they knew about my experience from the start and I thought that wasn't an issue but I guess it was.
