You must park in a specific parking structure and check in with security before going to the other Banner building. The first interview was in person with the department manager and HR manager. The questions were related to my experience and the regulations they follow in Arizona. There was also specific Banner questions that must be asked to every potential candidate regardless of job title (my assumption). Those questions were strangely worded and difficult to answer. I asked for clarification on one of them and the interviewers could not give clarification. There was a follow up interview with others in the department as well as a regional EHS director as well as the initial HR manager and EHS manager who performed the first interview. Some others were teleconferenced in. The questions were more or less along the same lines as before with more specifics on my past experience. Ultimately, they went with another, more experience candidate. The interview process was pleasant and succinct.
