Interview
The interview process started off with questions on experience, then interest at Banner, questions that were more challenging were behavioral/situational questions. Example, "How would you react to situation where you have multiple patients needing you at the same time, ex, pt in pain, pt needing to order food, family member had questions for nurse," Other questions were "tell me your strengths and weaknesses," " What are your goals in 5 years from now>"

Question 1
How did you handle a difficult situation that required critical thinking?
Round table interview with scenario questions. Nothing too intense, but they liked a lot of detail. Engaged multiple levels of staff in process. Not much more to say but this esquires 30 words do I’ll keep tying.
It was very nerve wrecking. It was very good. They were asking general behavioral questions. I really enjoyed interviewing with them. Banner is a large hospital that takes forever to get their applications accepted and interviewed for.
