It was fairly good. the initial was hard because i thought it was a phone interview the way they described it but it wasnt. I enjoyed the interview it was basic questions you usually get asked. so fairly easy. but the whole process was a little complicated.

Overall, it was a fairly standard process. A few directors ask you work related questions and personality related questions. They may or may not have one of the younger people on the panel as well. The questions are very generic and easy to answer if you have real work experience. They don't grill you or anything like that. Thankfully there were none of the goofy questions you read about...
