After filing out online application, I received call from HR. One stop shopping- Human Resources immediately took me to talk with Unit Director for interview and tour and I was called the next day with job offer contingent on background check and pre-employment physical.

Round table interview with scenario questions. Nothing too intense, but they liked a lot of detail. Engaged multiple levels of staff in process. Not much more to say but this esquires 30 words do I’ll keep tying.
It was very nerve wrecking. It was very good. They were asking general behavioral questions. I really enjoyed interviewing with them. Banner is a large hospital that takes forever to get their applications accepted and interviewed for.
