Phone interview was easy. General screening and then second interview. The general questions were asked referencing banner values and goals and then was offered a position at the end of call
The interview process went well, the lady I spoke with was very friendly. I submitted an application and about a week and a half later a recruiter reached out to me. Sent me an email with a link to schedule a phone appointment. I thought it was just going to be a phone call telling me about the job but we ended up going right into an interview and I was offered a job on the spot. She also got me into the unit I wanted, and it was at a location that was close to my home.
Great experience all around.
