15 minute phone screening, then you get told you'll have an in person. However, don't get your hope too high because an hour before your interview the recruiter will call you and say "We've cancelled your interview, the position has been filled so sorry" and ruin your whole day. The job post I applied to was up for three months, they decided on their first applicant before even interviewing anyone else. It would have been okay if they interviewed everyone, then went from there. To have someone have their hopes especially a new grad, that they might have the chance to interview and meet new people and get the experience just to have the rug pulled from under them, is just so not okay. Also, i'm not the only one who this has happened to.
