The processes started a little slow as I waited for a couple weeks before getting an initial contact. Once the process was started, it went quickly until fruition. I found that the negotiation process was not much of a negotiation at all but the recruiter was professional regardless.

Multistage interview process. Initial phone interview with talent acquisition followed by interview with the Director then panel interview with the team. The team interview required a presentation in which I was told I had to teach the group something they didn't already know and or present on something I was passionate about.
