I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Banner Health (Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2015
Interview
Standard interview and they asked lots of situational questions. The environment was pretty laid back and relaxing. Staff was very friendly as well. The interview process was more of a discussion than the typical interview. Each member of the panel took turns asking one of the specific questions which I responded to. They even provided the time for me to ask any questions and took the time to clarify some of my conerns.
I applied online. I interviewed at Banner Health (Denver, CO) in Mar 2016
Interview
It was a very long process. Had to fill out a very long application with personality quiz. Had to go through drug testing, back ground check and immunization verification.
