Two supervisors sit and ask you questions related to the job position. You are taken into a private area with no distractions. The supervisors are related to the job you are applying for (residential PS). They ask questions from a form they use to guide them through the interview. The questions range from qualifications to role playing situations. Following the interview you may be asked to go to an onsite to meet the residents. You may not hear from the agency for 1-2 weeks. Typically, they will send a letter explaining if you got the position or if you were declined.
