Interview felt easy however I should have prepared more. First round was a screening call where the HR person asked some technical questions on phone. They recorded the answers and based on it the hiring manager promoted me to the next round where they asked me to answer the questions in a STAR manner.

One recruiter call, one 2 hour technical, one final half hour with senior director (tech + behavioural).
The 2 hour interview focussed on describing past experiences in STAR format and they wanted to know if my approach aligned with their values. The technical part in that was based on me screensharing and live coding for a problem they gave. Pretty standard stuff about some EDA on jupyter, then reviewing a code they had and spotting errors, then designing a workflow for an ML project.
The final round with senior director was more of a filter to ensure the person fits the CV. It went more as a conversation about all things AI in banking.
