good, but they didn't inform me of the department I was applying to until the interview itself. turns out it was a derivatives focused branch. wasn't prepared for questions regarding options etc

I was hired very early on as a sophomore through their sophomore springboard program by attending their office for a 2-day visit and super day. It was a super good experience because Barclays people are so friendly and passionate about what they do. There was a lot of mentor ship and guidance through the program.
