Hiring process was really good. I had 3 rounds of interview. And i was explained well about my roles and responsibilities and compenasation in advance.
Standard process: hr/tech/management.
Tech part primarily was focused on the quant part. Also sql skills were assessed. During the assessment (all stages) main Barclays values were assessed. Overall - nice process, only downside - very time consuming.

Overkill competency based as well as a technical and a business interview. For a role I was doing as a secondment for over two years. Ridiculous. They are behind the time as well
